What is CanadaHelps.org ?
Mile End Community Mission is excited to announce that you can now donate to us online at CanadaHelps.
CanadaHelps.org (CHO) is a not-for-profit charity portal that serves as an information resource about charities in Canada and seeks to promote and facilitate philanthropy through online giving. As a public foundation (BN 86624 3223 RR0001), CanadaHelps uses a donor-directed funding model to facilitate online donations from donors to charities. CanadaHelps.org offers its services at a very low cost to the charity and at no cost to the donor.
Cheques, made out to: Mile End Community Mission, can also be sent to 99 Bernard Ouest, Montreal (QC), H2T 2J9.
We also accept donations of in season clean and undamaged clothing for our small thrift store: “Clothes that you would be proud to wear yourself”. We do not have storage for clothes not in season so these will be sent to a recycling facility.
Food
We accept unopened and fresh perishable and non-perishable food. In the month of December we are in the greatest need of non-perishable items
