This fall, the Mile End Community Mission will participate in the 2018 Ride for Refuge, an annual family-friendly cycling and walking fundraiser that helps Canadian charities raise money for displaced, vulnerable, and exploited populations.
This year’s Ride will be held on Saturday, September 29th in Pierrefonds. Riders have the option of completing a 10km, 25km, or 50km bike ride, or a 5km walk. Lunch will be served.
We are seeking help in fundraising for the Mission and would love if you could be a part of the Ride. There are many ways to participate:
- You can register a team to support the Mile End Mission on the Ride for Refuge website and then start recruiting family, friends, and colleagues to join the Ride and/or donate to your team.
- You are also welcome to ride or walk with our team Mission to Ride. Day-of transportation can be arranged for these team members.
- Anyone can donate on-line to our Mission to Ride team.
